What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Just let us know 30 days in advance and you’re good to go.
Do I have to sign a long term contract for piano lessons?
No, we bill month to month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. However, if you prepay four months at a time, you can save some money on your tuition.
How old does a child have to be to take piano lessons at your studio?
We generally accept students around six years of age for in studio lessons. For online lessons we accept students around 10 years of age. If you have a younger child and are interested in online lessons, we would be glad to do an assessment to see if that would work.
